We use Creem (Merchant of Record) as our payment channel. The available methods are shown at checkout, and most common payment methods are supported.

Tiny is designed for low-frequency use with 1,000 pages per month, Lite for everyday documents with 5,000 pages per month, and Pro for heavy workloads with 10,000 pages per month. If the included monthly pages are used up, you can still process a single file within the plan's per-file page limit; additional files wait until the allowance resets at the next billing cycle.

If the storage of Tiny or Lite is not enough, you can switch to Pro, which provides 1 TB of storage. If that is still not enough, please contact us.

We don't offer a trial for paid plans. You can sign up for a free account to try the Free plan, and upgrade to a paid plan whenever it meets your needs.

First-time purchases are covered by a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a full refund within 15 calendar days of the initial transaction. Full conditions and steps are described in our Refund Policy.

Annual plans receive an email reminder 7–15 days before auto-renewal. Monthly plans normally do not include a monthly reminder, but you will get a payment confirmation email after each successful charge. To cancel, use the billing portal in your Creem account to turn off auto-renewal.

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Your included quota resets once the upgrade payment completes — for example, if you upgrade from Tiny to Lite or Pro, your usage resets to zero regardless of how much of the Tiny quota you used.
